Studies in Poverty and Inequality Institute (SPII) invites you to the fourth Decent Standard of Living Colloquium. As the 6th administration begins its work in earnest, we demonstrate how the DSL provides an integrated framework for measuring progressive realisation of a Decent Standard of Living and Living Wage.
